The museum is located on the north side of the road Solo 167 numbers, precisely on the slopes west of Gajah Wong river bridge. Style of painting is included in eksperesionisme flow.
The late Affandi has received many awards from countries in Asia and Europe, besides the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from the University of Singapore received. The museum is open for public visits. Sunday till Saturday 09.00-13.00 hrs.
